Now that the lockdown restrictions are lifting, you might be thinking about planning an overnight stay with friends, family or even a little holiday as hotels are also opening.

Many ostomates tell us that overnight stays worry them due to their ostomy and needing to change their bag and dispose of it. Although we hope a leak doesn’t occur, it is important to remember that if it does the hotel staff really have seen and dealt everything before so there is no need to be embarrassed.
